Dust Collector System Information

Rod uses a quality Dust Collection System in his shop; the requirements of a quality Dust Collection System are:

An Oneida Air System; a 2 HP Cyclone System powers the fluted impeller which moves the air at 2100 cfm (Cubic Feet per Minute)
The Oneida Company custom designs each system based on individual specifications
The main ducts are 8" dia. that narrow down to 4" drops to all tools
There are 10 air drops that are all gated
There is an air filtration bag system that is part of the collection system that captures dust particles less than 30 microns
The collection bin is on wheels for easy disposal
